About KMII
We help you reach the river, calmly.
Kumbh Mela in India (KMII) is a pilgrimage desk dedicated to one thing: helping families experience the Kumbh safely, comfortably and with meaning.
Our story
A Kumbh is not a normal holiday
Roads close the night before a snan. Crowds move in waves. The best stays near the ghats are booked months ahead, and elderly parents can't walk five kilometres in the January cold or the May heat.
KMII exists to take that weight off you. We plan around the snan days, choose stays within walking distance of the river, brief you on routes and meeting points, and keep a coordinator on WhatsApp from the day you arrive until the day you leave.
Whether you are a family bringing grandparents for their first Kumbh, a satsang group of fifty, or a couple wanting a quiet camp by the river, we build the plan around you.
What we do
How we help
Stays close to the ghats
Luxury camps, deluxe camps and tents chosen for walking or short-shuttle access to the main bathing areas.
Snan-day planning
We plan arrival, holding areas and return around Amrit Snan crowd controls, so you are not caught out.
Senior & family friendly
Ground-floor rooms, wheelchair-friendly routes where possible, and a coordinator reachable on WhatsApp.
One team, four Kumbh cities
Haridwar, Nashik–Trimbakeshwar, Ujjain and Prayagraj—plus add-ons like Rishikesh, Omkareshwar and Varanasi.
“The kalash holds the amrit; the river carries it to everyone.”
Our emblem is the kumbh, the sacred pot of the churning legend, with a drop of amrit above it and the river below. It is a reminder of what the Kumbh is about: the nectar is for everyone who comes to the water.
