What this website collects
Pages can be browsed without giving us any personal information. Our server keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and to keep the site running.
Enquiry forms
When you send an enquiry, we collect only your name and mobile number, and—if you choose to give them—your travel date and number of travellers. We automatically record the page you enquired from (its title and address, which tells us the destination, package or stay you were looking at), the date and the version of this policy shown to you, any campaign (UTM) tags, and your IP address and browser type to prevent spam and abuse.
We use these details only to respond to your enquiry and plan your trip. We do not add you to marketing lists from this form. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
Enquiry details are stored securely, with personal fields encrypted, and are shared with our internal sales tools (customer-relationship software, spreadsheets and email) so that our team can respond.
When you call, WhatsApp or email us
We receive the details you choose to share and use them only to answer your enquiry and arrange your trip. WhatsApp messages are also subject to WhatsApp’s own privacy policy.
Sharing
To arrange your trip, we may share necessary details with accommodation providers and transport partners. We do not sell your personal information.
