Which package is right for you?

Haridwar Kumbh Snan Package

Best for: Families and first-time Kumbh visitors. In three days you take your dip at Har Ki Pauri, see the Ganga Aarti and visit the two hilltop Shakti temples by ropeway, with a coordinator on snan morning.

Haridwar Kumbh with Rishikesh

Best for: Couples and families wanting more than the snan. One day is given to the Kumbh, and another to Rishikesh's bridges, ashrams and the Triveni Ghat aarti. It is the best balance of intensity and calm.

Senior Citizen Kumbh Yatra, Haridwar

Best for: Senior citizens and travellers with limited mobility. It moves slowly, uses a Luxury Camp close to the ghats, schedules the snan on a quieter day and section of ghat, and keeps a dedicated escort with your group throughout. Wheelchairs and porters can be arranged where possible.

What our Haridwar Kumbh packages include

Every package is built around your chosen snan day and includes accommodation, pick-up and drop at Haridwar station or Dehradun (Jolly Grant) airport, and a coordinator who walks you to the ghat along permitted routes—the part most pilgrims find hardest to manage alone.

Picking your dates

The Kumbh runs 14 January – 20 April 2027 with ten bathing days. Amrit Snans (6 March, 8 March, 14 April) are the most spectacular but most crowded; regular snan days are easier for families. See all snan dates and our 2–3 day itineraries.

Customise anything

Add Neelkanth Mahadev, a Rajaji safari, asthi visarjan or pind daan, Delhi pick-up, or a group booking. Kumbh prices change with dates and availability, so every package is priced on request—see what affects the cost and send us your dates for an exact quote.

Prices and dates

Every package is priced on request, because Kumbh rates change with dates, snan days and availability. Send us your dates and we will reply with an exact, all-inclusive quote.

Adapting a package

If you are a group of ten or more, any package can be adapted for a yatra group, with group tents, shared transport and a group coordinator. Read our group yatra guide.

What every package includes

However long your trip, the parts that are hardest to arrange during the Kumbh are covered:

  • A stay close to the mela area, so the walk to the ghat on snan morning is as short as possible. Camp sites are allotted each season, so we confirm the exact camp and real photos in writing before you pay.
  • Breakfast and dinner at your camp, freshly cooked and vegetarian.
  • Transfers from Haridwar Junction or Dehradun airport.
  • A coordinator on snan day, who knows the routes, diversions and meeting points.

What is not included is just as clear: train and air fares, lunches, and puja or donation expenses. You can add any of them.

Picking your dates

The Haridwar Kumbh runs from 14 January to 20 April 2027. The three Amrit Snans (6 March, 8 March and 14 April) are the most spectacular and the most crowded days; camps for those dates fill first. Major bathing days such as Basant Panchami (11 February) and Chaitra Purnima (20 April), and the ordinary days in between, are much easier for families. Weather matters too: January and February mornings are cold, while late March and April are pleasant. See all ten dates in our snan dates guide.

Customising your package

Every package is a starting point. Popular changes include:

How booking works

  1. Send us your dates, group size and preferred package by enquiry form or WhatsApp.
  2. We reply with options: the camp, photos, walking distance to the ghat and an all-inclusive quote, usually within a few hours.
  3. You confirm in writing. Nothing is payable until you have the camp name, inclusions and cancellation terms.
  4. Before you travel, your coordinator shares the plan for snan morning, what to pack and how to reach the camp.

Be careful of anyone offering a "last cottage" with a demand for immediate payment. Read how to spot fake Kumbh bookings.

What a day on a Haridwar package looks like

Most of our Haridwar packages follow the same rhythm around the snan:

  • The evening before: arrival at the camp, a briefing from your coordinator, and the Ganga Aarti at Har Ki Pauri.
  • Snan morning: a pre-dawn walk with your coordinator to the bathing ghat, your dip, and back to the camp for breakfast.
  • The rest of the day: temples by ropeway, the akhara camps, or simply rest.
  • The last morning: Kankhal or a final visit to the ghats, then the drive to the station or airport.

Travelling as a group

Yatra groups, satsang mandals and extended families often travel to the Kumbh together. For groups of ten or more we provide group tents or blocks of cottages, shared transport from your city if you wish, group meals and a coordinator who stays with the group for the whole trip. Large groups should book early, especially for the Amrit Snans.

Access and comfort

If anyone in your group uses a wheelchair, has difficulty walking, or needs a special diet, tell us when you enquire. We choose camps and ghats with that in mind, arrange porters or wheelchairs where possible, and adjust the pace of the itinerary.

Eating during the Kumbh

Breakfast and dinner are served at your camp. For lunch, Haridwar's bazaars near Har Ki Pauri are famous for kachori-aloo, puri-sabzi and sweets, and the whole city is vegetarian. See our Haridwar food guide.

Getting to Haridwar

Haridwar Junction has direct trains from Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata and many other cities, and Dehradun's Jolly Grant airport is about 35 km away. See how to reach Haridwar.
